Pacifier

Gear Add comments

There is so much to read, so much to watch, so many people to listen to, so many instincts to follow.  Somewhere in all of the advice we digested, we disregarded pacifiers as lazy, as a gimmick, or as confusing for Noah, then we felt like we were running out of options one night and decided to give a pacifier a try.  It was a dream remedy, until in the past couple days when he started getting gassy.  Now nothing can soothe him again, but at least there is one more thing to clean.

Have any gas relieving remedies?

Helpful hint, if you put Noah on his back and take his little leggy’s and push them toward his abdomen and then pull them back towards you and back and forth etc he should toot. If not give him Milicon it works wonders and always keep some in the diaper bag.

I think that we all want to resist the pacifier at first. Then you find out it works and it turns out to be a godsend. Babies like to suck on stuff, that’s why pacis were invented to begin with! It’s okay!
