Saturday morning came quick. Kate and I got home from Jerry and Amanda’s (amazing) Wedding at 1:30 a.m. At 6:30 Noah was ready to be up and wanted to walk around and he had plenty of energy, he needed us to help him walk around until about 9:30. If you put him down he lost his mind, I didn’t even get coffee until he went back to sleep. He was determined.
As we were finally all getting it together, and the fog of exhaustion was lifting, our door bell rang and Mark, Jen, and Lou were stopping by to pick up a package we had for them. We all met up with Ryan and Ellen’s in their backyard.

Ryan still has all his childhood Star Wars toys. Lou was having a good time.

Noah was still fixated on standing.

Grabbing a handful of rocks.

I got the paratrooper stuck.. typical.

“You got the paratrooper stuck!!! Typical!!!” – Kate

Noah was scared of the light on the top of Mark’s helmet. When Mark would put his helmet on, and turn around, Noah would start crying. When Mark turned back around Noah would stop. In the end Noah made friends with the light, but you can tell he still thinks the light is sketchy.

I am photographing Amanda and Jerry’s Wedding today, and yesterday we went up to scout the location. They are getting married at Fort Tryon Park at the northern tip of Manhattan and I’d never been there. Kate and Noah decided to tag along.

I don’t even remember people having window boxes in Williamsburg, in our new neighborhood they are everywhere.

The train ride was around an hour, Noah doesn’t remember any of it.

The park looked beautiful, especially after the 8 or so days of rain that we’ve had.

Unfortunately it was pouring and I forgot an umbrella…

I guess Noah thought we looked funny wet.

Amanda and Jerry picked a great place to get married. We should have a good time today.

Jerry and Amanda came over for lunch on Sunday. They are getting married this Friday and they’ve asked me to photograph so we had them over to talk about the details. Noah was just happy to see more toys.

Veggies.

Saturday was a day of errands. The rain held out long enough for us to get a few things done, like pick up some plants on Hoyt St.

The locksmith had sick tie dye keys. I had to get the last one they had.

After dinner it’s bath time. See our new sea foam green tub? Jealous?

Noah gnawing on the keys his cousin Moira sent him for his new apartment.

Big up Grampa Holt!! Today is his birthday!!
