Saturday afternoon, after mourning the loss of Auntie Mindy’s camera and cursing the lack of a nap for Noah…
Trying on Aunt Mindy’s “ears”.
For Kate.
Saturday, Part IV coming soon…
Window art at Noah’s school, not done by Noah.
It’s been raining a lot. Noah is eager for time at the playground, and I’m eager for time photographing him outside. Neither of us are getting what we want, but the other day the rain held up so we could take our time walking home.
The grass is thriving after all this rain, but some things are still struggling.
Looking for trains, coming up empty.
Sunday was not only Mother’s Day, it was also Kate’s Birthday, and this year Noah really out-did himself. He came home from school on Friday with a bunch of great things he had made.
A custom pot with mystery plants.
A custom pot holder.
A great card…
…with an awkward quote.
Mystery food stuffs.
Which turned out to be a rice-crispy-treat-type-thing made with healthy sunflower seeds.
Happy Birthday and Happy Mother’s Day!!! (Sorry for shoving a camera in your face so early in the morning!)
On Thursday my parents came to spend the weekend with us. We started things off by surprising Noah at day care.
Noah showed Nana and Grampa around.
The class caterpillars.
Psyched.
