Noah Cardiel Holt | My life according to other people

This week I was in NYC with my family for Thanksgiving.  Of course great memories were made again with Noah! He truly is amazing.  Before I left  Noah and I thought it would be fun to make a surprise for Mommy & Daddy.

Noah and his Auntie Mindy caught up the other night via the interwebs.

Noah went and got his computer.

“Noah, on a scale of 1 to 10 how excited are you that you will see Auntie Mindy for Thanksgiving?”

“10! (or is that “0”…  probably “10”)”

After spending the night in PVD we had to pack it up and get back to NYC so Kate could get her background checked for her new job.

Fast forward 4 hours and multiple trips to unload the car.

Noah snuck up the stairs empty handed.

Fast forward 6 hours and one passed background check and we were opening another present from Aunt Mindy that came in the mail.

The rain seemed to just hang around our NH vacation.  On Monday it was fitting because we had to see Mindy go home to Charlotte.  When the rain paused for a little while, Noah and his Nana did some exploring.

Over lunch, Aunt Mindy and Noah discussed what part of her luggage he would sneak into.

Good-byes are always tough.

Thanks for planning, decorating, and everything’ing Noah’s birthday party Mindy!  Really glad you could make it.

Sunday morning, the day of Noah’s NH birthday party, we woke up to rain.

Since we couldn’t just have the party on the lawn, we relocated to my Dad’s new garage.  Nana, Aunt Mindy, and Kate spent the morning decorating.
