A Scary time in Queens

BOO!

The other weekend we rode our bikes up to Long Island City to a little park that was having a little Halloween Party.

Treats and graveyards everywhere this time of year.

Noah was dressed as a brave lil’ dude.

After that park we went to another.

Solid times.

A New Park

Familiar scenes from the walk to pick Noah up from day care.

Halloween was on Sunday this year so most big parties were on Friday, but this was the line on Thursday.  3 days before Halloween.

After picking up Noah we (I?) took a new way home and we came across a park that was new to us.

Park and The Pats

Sunday morning walk through Prospect Park to the 3rd St. Playground.

Isaac! (who is going to have a little sister soon)

Hanging!

More hanging!

Running through the “tunnel”.

Bye Isaac!

There are still downed trees everywhere from that crazy storm.

After a nap we watched The Patriots beat The Chargers at Brett and Lee’s apartment.

Brett showed Noah all this new stuff to mess with.

Thanks for having us over!

Toured

I met Maurico a few weeks ago at an event I was photographing.  He gives tours of Brooklyn, and I thought it might be interesting to have him give us a tour of the area around Fulton Mall (where I bought Noah his first pair of Jordans) and Fort Greene.

Noah wasn’t feeling it.

After the tour/nap, the family needed a treat.

Lil’ dude likes baked goods.

I made Noah work off those calories.

Found gift.

Gotta love Fall.

Trip back to the old hood

First breakfast. Eggs and a biscuit with jelly.

After breakfast a trip to Williamsburg, our old neighborhood, for a little shopping and some time at an old playgound.

Guaranteed drama, bring a Barbie® Escalade® or Jeep® or whatever® to a playground.
