A relaxing stroll through the park, on the way to Alex and Logan’s Party. We are so lucky to live close to Prospect Park were we can let Noah scoot away, gliding quickly down the cobblestone paths…

Until he see’s a big dog in the tunnel, loses control of his scooter and lands in the only puddle left in the park.

And it smelled horrible.

Half a pack of wipes and a change of clothes later, this is how we all felt.

Meanwhile, at the party Mia Mae’s brother Sebastian was getting his face painted (and still recovering from a nasty gash on his forehead).

Amelie.

The park “uniform”.

Alex and Logan’s Mom’s hired the best balloon dude ever. Seriously.

Next level (Mia Mae with Hello Kitty).

The crew.

The boys took turns blowing out the candles. Logan wasn’t as bummed as he looks in the picture on the left.

Thanks to Brooke and Peg for inviting us!

WE BACK!!! (There was some computer trouble for a minute. I know you missed us)

Here is a story about New Jersey. A couple Saturdays ago Al and Michelle invited us out for a birthday bash. Their two kids, Rocco (whose middle name is “Thunder”!!) was turning 3, and Isabella is turning 7. Traffic kept us from enjoying the clowns, and balloons, and bouncy house… but we go there just in time for cake.

A happy party goers.

Did I mention that this guy was there…?

Rocco is the one eyeing the cake, like it doesn’t know what’s coming.

Julian!

Shy guy.

Mr. Joshula (what Noah calls him) stealing candy from babies.

Leaving.

Thanks for having us out Al and Michelle!

Sunday Soccer

Last Sunday we met up with Leo and his dad on the way to soccer practice.

The drill where we throw the balls and the kids carry them back on their heads.

..or not.

Running the cones.

Then learning to make a “wall” to defend the goal on penalty kicks… jk. I don’t know what’s going on here.

This happens.

We all win.

The post practice playground party.
