Home.

Milan Hill State Park.

Finding things dropped on purpose.

Grandparenting.

The state park was closed for a little while and when they eventually reopened it they made it more camper friendly. This is one of 4 Yurts they constructed along with 6 (?) campsites with platforms for tents.

Free continental breakfast.

Back at the compound, checking out Nina and Jaspers pond.

A “natural break” at the playground where I went to elementary school.

Jaycee!

Ice cream with no wipes = photo killer.

Later, trapping wild animals.

Dinner.

It was good to be home.

The weather has been weird this summer and we aren’t getting to chill in Prospect Park enough. The other Sunday Nate-dawg met up with us a brought his dogs Bowie and Iman.

Color coordinated ice cream, as always.

Dawg walking.

Light bragging.

Later, after a bath, Noah played Legos in his underwear for Nana and Grampa Holt.

Isn’t technology great!!

Our annual Cyclones trip organized by Ryan Russo.

Ryan’s name in lights.

Derby making some new friends.

Derby was having a rough day. Teeth can beat a person up and no one knows that more than Aunt Mindy, the dental hygienist.

Reluctantly dancing on the dug out.

Game over. Noah trying to leave before the fireworks start.

It was Opa’s birthday and he was going to be home alone (Nana T. had a meeting and he told her to go), so we invited him over for dinner. Dinner was great, but I’ll skip to the best part, the key lime pie.

*Number of candles pictured does not represent Opa’s real age.

They are building an arena near us, have you heard about it?

It was a mellow Father’s Day. We had to run into the city quick, then we went over to Nana T. and Opa’s for dinner.

Still yelling for Nana T. through the mail slot.

I chased Noah around to work up an appetite.

Thanks for dinner Nana T.!
